Sponsor a PONY All Stars Team!
CYA is forming PONY All Stars teams in multiple age divisions for the first time in several years. Our coaches may be reaching out for sponsorship from local businesses.
There are 5 local tournaments in June that cost approximately $650 each per team. If teams do well, there is the possibility of going to the World Series in Louisiana in July which would incur additional tournament fees and travel expenses. Any donation to offset these expenses for players would be greatly appreciated, and all donations are 100% tax-deductible!
If you haven't been contacted by a team directly, but would like to donate, CYA can accept donations that will be distributed amongst all of our teams. Contact cyatreasurer@yahoo.com if interested!
Sponsorship Packages
CYA has several sponsorship packages available! If you are interested in making a donation to our 100% volunteer, self-supporting 501(c)3 non-profit organization, please send us a message at cyatreasurer@yahoo.com. Any amount will be graciously accepted, even if it doesn't fall into one of the tiers below.
We are responsible for all maintenance of the fields and complex except for major infrastructure work, which is a never-ending task. That maintenance is done by Board Members, Coaches, Parents, and Players who donate their time. All donations, registration fees, and concession stand proceeds are used for rent, utilities, insurance, field equipment, maintenance equipment, chalk, Diamond Dry dirt, umpires, etc.
